One of my favourite things about cycling is the community it creates. The Vida rides are especially close to my heart, they’re open to absolutely everyone, whether it’s your first time on a bike or you’re a seasoned pro. There’s something really special about seeing people from all walks of life come together, sharing the road, the laughter and the coffee stops. For me, the bike is a tool for connection and positivity and racing is just the cherry on top. 😊 It’s the everyday moments, the shared rides and the good vibes that make this sport so special.

When I’m not racing my bike, I’m working full-time remotely in recruitment. So my office is pretty much wherever my laptop and bike are
No off-bike essential available yet.
Meditation is non-negotiable for me, even on race mornings, I take two to ten minutes to reset and focus before the day starts.
